经腹部联合会阴超声测量产程进展参数在分娩时长预测中的价值分析

摘要 目的探究经腹部联合会阴超声测量产程进展参数在分娩时长预测中的价值。方法选择在我院进行阴道分娩的产妇35例作研究对象,分娩时间2019年3月至2020年3月,分别在患者子宫口扩张3-4cm时以及2h后使用经腹部联合会阴超声测量产程进展参数[胎头下降距离(HPD)以及产程进展角(AOP)],分别记录为HPD1、AOP1、HPD2、AOP2,分析产程进展参数与分娩时长之间存在的关系。结果产程进展参数AOP1与分娩时长无相关性(P>0.05);产程进展参数HPD1、HPD2、AOP2与分娩时长存在线性负相关性(P<0.05),即HPD1、HPD2、AOP2测量值越大,分娩时长越短。结论经腹部联合会阴超声测量产程进展参数在分娩时长预测中具有很高价值,可以准确预测分娩时长,有助于提高阴道分娩率。
