保山市2018年3月-2020年3月尿路感染者常见病原菌及耐药性分析

摘要 目的分析保山市近2年尿路感染病原菌分布及抗生素耐药情况,为本地区乡镇基层医疗机构临床治疗尿路感染提供经验性用药指导。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2020年3月保山区域5067例尿路感染患者的尿液细菌培养、药物敏感性试验。结果近2年,保山市尿路感染病原菌前五位的是:大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌、奇异变形杆菌,其中仍以G-菌中的大肠埃希菌为主,且大肠埃希菌对碳青霉烯类药物整体耐药率略高于2020年全国水平,肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌、奇异变形杆菌等耐药情况与全国水平相当。结论对本地区尿路感染病原菌分布及耐药进行监测十分重要,并应用监测结果对基层医疗机构进行临床用药指导并合理选用抗生素.
