补佳乐联合米索前列醇在绝经后取环中的应用

Application of bujiale combined with misoprostol in ring removal after menopause

目的探讨补佳乐联合米索前列醇在绝经后妇女取环术中的应用。方法选取2018年10月-2019年10月在我院妇产科门诊90例就诊者,随机分为治疗组45例,对照组45例,治疗组术前7天口服补佳乐,术前2小时空腹口服米索前列醇,对照组未用任何药物。观察两组取宫内节育器的成功率和疼痛程度及所需时间。结果治疗组45例均取器成功,用药后有41例宫颈口完全松驰,就诊者感觉无疼痛或基本无疼痛,4例宫颈口部分松驰,就诊者感觉疼痛。对照组机械扩张宫颈口时45例疼痛或轻度疼痛,35例取器成功,10例取器未成功。我们经过临床观察,在绝经后的妇女中应用补佳乐联合米索前列醇,效果优于无用药组,取宫内节育器成功率、受术者疼痛程度、所需时间,差异具有显著性意义(P﹤0.05)。

Objective To explore the application of bujiale combined with misoprostol in postmenopausal women.Methods from October 2018 to October 2019,90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).The treatment group took bujiale 7 days before operation,misoprostol 2 hours before operation,and the control group did not take any drugs.The success rate,pain degree and time of IUD removal were observed.Results 45 cases in the treatment group were successfully removed,41 cases of cervical opening were completely relaxed,the patients felt no pain or basically no pain,4 cases of cervical opening was partially relaxed,the patients felt pain.In the control group,45 patients suffered from pain or mild pain during mechanical dilation of cervix,35 patients were successful in taking the device,and 10 patients were unsuccessful in taking the device.After clinical observation,the effect of bujiale combined with misoprostol in postmenopausal women was better than that of useless drugs group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).
