摘要
目的探讨在冠心病护理工作中应用优质护理干预的方法及效果。方法对照组予以临床常规护理,研究组予以常规护理联合优质护理干预。结果研究组冠心病患者对本次治疗期间完全依从率、护理前后WHOQOL-100量表评分改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上应用优质护理干预可显著提高冠心病患者遵医嘱治疗依从性、生活质量。
Objective To explore the method and effect of applying high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of coronary heart disease.Methods The control group was given routine clinical nursing,while the research group was given routine nursing combined with quality nursing intervention.Result The study group’s complete compliance rate during the treatment period and the improvement of WHOQOL-100 scale score before and after nursing were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing can significantly improve the compliance and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.
