口腔专科护士培训后工作内容变化的质性研究

A qualitative study on the changes of work content of dental nurses after training

目的通过对云南省口腔专科培训班结业护士进行以半结构式为主要形式的访谈,从而达到了解其在进行培训之前以及培训过后工作内容变化的目的。方法研究对象采用目的抽样法,对选取的已有1年以上口腔专科护士工作经历的16名云南省口腔专科护士进行深度访谈。结果提炼出口腔专科护士培训后工作内容变化的3个主题:工作范围扩展、工作思维改变、促进自我发展。结论口腔专科护士培训后工作内容发生了改变,但工作内容改变的程度还需进一步做定量研究。

Objective To understand the changes in the work content of dental specialist nurses after interviewing nurses in Yunnan Province,with a view to providing reference for scientific and reasonable training of dental nurses.Methods The subjects were selected by the purpose sampling method.The 16 selected dental nurses in Yunnan Province were interviewed in depth,and the data analysis and analysis were carried out by Braunh and Clarke’s subject analysis method.Results Three themes of the change of work content of dental nurses after training:expansion of work scope,change of work thinking and promotion of self-development.Conclusion The work content of dental nurses has changed after training,but the degree of work content change needs further quantitative research.
