股骨粗隆间骨折行PFNA与侧方钢板内固定之疗效比较

Comparison of PFNA and lateral plate internal fixation for intertrochanteric fractures

目的分析比较股骨粗隆间骨折采用PFNA(股骨近端防旋髓内钉)内固定治疗与侧方钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法2015年1月-2020年1月开展本研究,择取样本为40例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,依据随机数字表模式均分为研究组、对照组,对照组患者治疗方案为侧方钢板内固定,研究组患者治疗方案为PFNA内固定,对比分析两个各项指标。结果对比两组术后Harris评分优良率、术后负重时间、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率,研究组更具优势(P<0.05)。结论股骨粗隆间骨折患者行PFNA内固定治疗疗效优于侧方钢板内固定治疗,可推广应用。

Objective to analyze and compare the clinical effect of Pfna and lateral plate internal fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of Femur.Methods from January 2015 to January 2020,40 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of Femur were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the model of random number table,the study group was treated with PFNA fixation,and the two parameters were compared and analyzed.Results compared with the excellent and good Harris Score,weight-bearing time,fracture healing time and complication rate,the study group had more advantages(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA is more effective than lateral plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture and can be widely used.
