剥脱性角质松解症与血清铁、锌水平相关性的探讨

The correlation between Exfoliative keratolysis and serum iron and zinc levels

目的初步探讨剥脱性角质松解症与血清铁、锌水平的相关性。方法选取67例剥脱性角质松解症患者作为研究对象,其中男性35例,女性32例。同期就诊的健康体检者109例作为对照。比较两组血清铁、锌水平。结果剥脱性角质松解症组血清锌水平(14.45±2.77),显著低于对照组(15.44±2.84),差异显著(P<0.05),不同性别间差异不显著;剥脱性角质松解症组血清铁水平与对照组之间比较无显著差异。结论剥脱性角质松解症与血清锌水平有关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between Exfoliative keratolysis and serum iron and zinc levels.Methods 67 patients with Exfoliative keratolysis were selected as the research object,including 35 males and 32 females.Meanwhile,109 healthy people were taken as control.Serum iron and zinc levels were compared between the two groups.Results The serum zinc level of Exfoliative keratolysis group was(14.45±2.77),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.44±2.84),the difference was significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between different genders;There was no significant difference in serum iron level between Exfoliative keratolysis group and control group.Conclusion The Exfoliative keratolysis is related to serum zinc level.
