年轻子宫内膜癌及不典型增生患者孕激素保留生育功能治疗的疗效及妊娠分析

Efficacy and pregnancy analysis of pregnancy retention in patients with young endometrial cancer and atypical hyperplasia

目的探究年轻子宫内膜癌及不典型增生患者孕激素保留生育功能治疗的疗效及妊娠分析。方法纳入本院60例年轻子宫内膜癌及不典型增生患者进行本次分析探究,(时间:2019年1月~2020年01月),根据患者相关临床资料,回顾研究患者影响治疗疗效及妊娠相关因素。结果(1)治疗影响因素分析:依据相关性因素分析后,患者年龄<35岁、未有多囊卵巢综合征、未有糖尿病史以及使用孕激素种类(醋酸甲羟孕酮MPA、醋酸甲地孕酮MA),均会对患者的治疗疗效产生相关影响。(2)妊娠影响因素分析:依据相关性因素分析后,患者年龄≥35岁、BMI质量≥28kg/m^(2)、自然受孕妊娠方式,均会对患者的妊娠因素产生影响。结论年轻子宫内膜癌及不典型增生患者使用醋酸甲羟孕酮MPA、醋酸甲地孕酮MA等孕激素种类,治疗效果显著,同时当患者年龄≥35岁、BMI质量≥28kg/m2,均会对患者妊娠产生影响。

Objective to explore the curative effect and pregnancy analysis of progesterone fertility preserving therapy in young patients with endometrial cancer and atypical hyperplasia.Methods 60 cases of young patients with endometrial cancer and atypical hyperplasia in our hospital were included in this analysis(time:January 2019-January 2020).According to the relevant clinical data of patients,the influencing factors of treatment efficacy and pregnancy were retrospectively studied.Results:(1)analysis of the influencing factors of treatment:according to the analysis of correlation factors,the patients’age less than 35 years old,no polycystic ovary syndrome,no history of diabetes and progesterone type(medroxyprogesterone acetate MPA and megestrol acetate MA)all had a correlation effect on the therapeutic effect of the patients.(2)Analysis of influencing factors of pregnancy:according to the analysis of correlation factors,the age of patients≥35 years old,BMI≥28 KG/m2,natural pregnancy mode,will have an impact on the pregnancy factors of patients.Conclusion:young patients with endometrial cancer and atypical hyperplasia using medroxyprogesterone acetate MPa,medroxyprogesterone acetate Ma and other types of progesterone,the treatment effect is significant,at the same time,when the patient’s age≥35 years old,BMI≥28 KG/m^(2),will have an impact on the patient’s pregnancy.
