异位妊娠史对体外受精-胚胎移植结局的影响被引量：1

摘要目的探讨既往有异位妊娠病史的患者首次进行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的临床结局。方法回顾性分析2017年1月-2018年10月在我中心首次进行IVF-ET的患者资料。比较两组患者的基本资料及临床妊娠结局。结果研究组和对照组的年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、基础卵泡刺激素(b FSH)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组不孕年限(2.4±2.0年)短于对照组(3.6±2.8年),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论既往有自然妊娠异位妊娠病史的患者首次IVF助孕可获得较好的妊娠结局,且其再次异位妊娠的风险不额外增高。
