重度颅脑损伤护理中优质护理的应用价值

Application value of high quality nursing in nursing of severe craniocerebral injury

目的探究优质护理在重度颅脑损伤护理中的应用价值。方法以2018年5月-2019年5月为研究时段,将86例患者以数字标注法基础上分为研究组和对照组,每各43例,分别实行优质护理和常规护理,比对两组干预效果。结果研究组比对照干预后的Barthel评分更高(P<0.05);研究组比对照组处置时间更短,满意度评分更高(P<0.05);在治护效果方面,研究组比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在重度颅脑损伤护理中的应用,可缩短处置时间,提升日常生活活动能力,临床实践价值较高。

objective To explore the application value of quality nursing in severe brain injury.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,86 patients were divided into research and control groups based on digital labeling method with 43 high quality nursing and routine nursing,comparing the two groups of intervention effect.results The study group had a higher Barthel score after the control intervention(P<0.05);the study group had shorter disposal times and higher satisfaction scores than the control group(P<0.05);and it was higher than the control group(P<0.05).conclusion The application of quality nursing in severe craniocerebral injury nursing can shorten disposal time,improve daily life ability and have high clinical practice value.
