优质护理服务用于职业健康体检中的有效性探究

Effectiveness of quality nursing services in occupational health examination

目的探究职业健康体检中受检人员采用优质护理服务的效果。方法挑选本院2018年6月-2020年2月在我院接受职业健康体检的200例受检者展开研究,随机将其分为两组,对照组(n=100例)采用常规护理,研究组(n=100例)接受优质护理服务,对比两组受检者护理满意度等指标情况。结果研究组与对照组平均体检时间依次为(39.4±3.6)min、(57.6±4.3)min,且研究组受检者护理满意度高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业健康体检者采用优质护理服务进行干预,不仅可以提升受检人员对健康体检的满意度,也能缩短受检者平均体检时间,是一种值得在临床上推广使用的方法。

objective To explore the effect of using quality nursing service in occupational health examination.Methods Selected 200 subjects from June 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(100 cases)adopted routine care,the research group(100 cases)received quality nursing services,and compared the nursing satisfaction of the two subjects.results The average physical examination time between the study group was(39.4±3.6)min,(57.6±4.3)min,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).conclusion The intervention of quality medical services can not only improve the satisfaction of the subjects with the health examination,but also shorten the average time of the subjects’physical examination,which is a method worthy of clinical promotion.
