探讨护理质量控制专业化对护理质量的影响

目的探究护理质量控制专业化对护理质量的影响。方法将住院患者作为此次研究的主要对象,分组方式为电脑随机分组,本次研究人数共100例,对照组采取常规管理、观察组采取护理质量控制专业化管理,并将两组各项指标进行对比,以明确效果。结果观察组护理质量评分均高于对照组,(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论护理质量控制专业化能够显著提高护理质量,并且提高护理满意度,值得研究和推广。

Objective To explore the impact of nursing quality control specialization on nursing quality.Methods Inpatients were taken as the main subjects of this study,and the grouping method was computer random grouping.There were 100 patients in this study.The control group adopted routine management,and the observation group adopted professional management of nursing quality control.The indicators are compared to clarify the effect.Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The professionalization of nursing quality control can significantly improve the quality of nursing and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of research and promotion.
