强化饮食指导对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制效果影响的对照研究

A controlled study on the effect of intensified dietary guidance on blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes

目的围绕强化饮食指导对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制效果影响展开对照研究。方法选取我院2019年1月-2019年12月收入的80例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇为研究对象并利用随机数字表法分为两组各40例,对照组采取常规饮食指导,观察组采取强化饮食指导,对比两组干预效果差异。结果观察组干预后血糖控制效果优于对照组、不良妊娠结局发生率小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化饮食指导有助于进一步提高妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制效果,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。

Objective To conduct a controlled study on the effect of intensive dietary guidance on blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods We selected 80 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who received income from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital as the research objects.They were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group using a random number table.The control group was guided by regular diet,and the observation group was strengthened.Dietary guidance,compare the difference of the intervention effect between the two groups.Results The effect of blood glucose control in the observation group after intervention was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensified dietary guidance helps to further improve the blood glucose control effect of pregnant women with gestational diabetes and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
