思维导图式健康教育对泌尿造口患者心理的影响分析

摘要 目的泌尿造口患者施以思维导图式健康教育,观察对患者心理的影响。方法选择我院纳入的泌尿造口患者,随机分组后,对照组及观察组分别施以常规护理及思维导图式健康教育,观察对患者心理及护理满意度的影响。结果观察组焦虑及抑郁心理评分低于对照,护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论泌尿造口患者施以思维导图式健康教育,有利于缓解患者心理症结,提升临床护理满意度。 Objective to observe the effect of mind-map health education on patients with urostomy.Methods the patients with Urostomy were randomly divided into two groups:Control Group and Observation Group,which were given routine nursing and mind map health education respectively,to observe the effect on patients'psychology and nursing satisfaction.Results the Psychological score of anxiety and depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Mental Health Education of the patients with Urostomy is helpful to relieve the psychological problems and improve the clinical nursing satisfaction.
