抚触护理在新生儿黄疸护理中的临床价值

目的研究抚触护理在新生儿黄疸护理中的临床价值。方法选择2016年3月-2017年3月我院的80例新生儿黄疸患儿为研究对象。随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)及研究组(抚触护理)各40例。对比护理效果。结果研究组护理后胆红素水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿黄疸患儿实施抚触护理能改善胆红素水平,加快病情好转,临床价值显著。

Objective To study the clinical value of touch nursing in neonatal jaundice nursing.Methods Eighty cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research subjects.Random-number table method was used to divide 40 cases into control group(routine nursing)and study group(touch nursing).Contrast nursing effect.Results The level of bilirubin in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Touching nursing can improve bilirubin level and improve the condition of neonatal jaundice,which has significant clinical value.
