腹腔镜手术治疗妇科肿瘤的临床分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic surgery for gynecological tumors

目的现将妇产科肿瘤的治疗方法应用腹腔镜手术治疗展开论述,探究其临床效果。方法选取我院2018年7月~2019年7月来我院妇产科治疗诊断的92例良性卵巢肿瘤患者作为调查对象。按照患者入院病床单双号随机分为观察组与对照组,每组患者46例。观察组应用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采取常规开腹手术治疗。比较两组临床数据,分析患者治疗有效率以及术后不良反应发生率,得出相关结论。结果观察组患者术后住院时间、排气时间与出血量情况结果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者不良情况发生率数据结果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术应用妇产科良性肿瘤能够缩短手术时间,有效减少患者腹部创伤面积,降低患者术后康复期间并发症发生率,有助于患者早日康复。

Objective To discuss the application of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gynecologic and obstetrical tumors and explore its clinical effects.Methods 92 cases of benign tumor patients diagnosed by gynecology and obstetrics from July 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital were selected as the investigation objects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,while the control group was treated with conventional laparotomy.The clinical data of the two groups were compared and relevant conclusions were drawn.Results The effective rate of postoperative treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of benign tumors in gynecology and obstetrics in laparoscopic surgery can shorten the operation time,effectively reduce the abdominal trauma area of patients,and help patients recover as soon as possible.
