摘要
目的探索不孕不育女性维生素D与淋巴细胞亚群的相关性。方法收集521例有胚胎种植失败史或流产史的病例,选择SPSS 24.0中的Spearman相关性分析和Mann-Whitney U检验分析维生素D和淋巴细胞亚群的相关性及不同维生素D水平淋巴细胞亚群的差异。结果1.维生素D缺乏率为76.78%;2.维生素D与CD3^+、CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+T淋巴细胞Spearman相关系数分别为0.108(P=0.014)和-0.168(P=0.000);3.维生素D与CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+、CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+、CD3-CD16^+CD56^+、CD19^+淋巴细胞Spearman相关系数分别为0.053(P=0.227)、0.022(P=0.622)、0.025(P=0.565)、-0.019(P=0.669)和-0.030(P=0.448);4.不同维生素D水平CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+淋巴细胞表达有差异(Z=-2.580,P=0.010),CD3^+T淋巴细胞表达无差异(Z=-1.260,P=0.208)。结论维生素D在不孕不育女性中缺乏率高。维生素D与CD3^+T淋巴细胞正相关,与CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+T淋巴细胞负相关。在不同维生素D水平,CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+T淋巴细胞表达有差异。
Objective To explore the correlation between vitamin D and lymphocyte subsets in infertile women.Methods Collected 521 infertile cases with embryo implantation failure or recurrent spontaneous abortion,and selected Spearman correlation analysis and Mann-Whitney U test of SPSS 24.0 to explore the correlation of vitamin D and lymphocyte subsets,and the difference of lymphocyte subsets at different vitamin D levels.Results 1.The rate of vitamin D deficiency was 76.78%(400/521).2.The Spearman correlation coefficients of vitamin D with CD3^+,CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+T lymphocyte respectively were 0.108(P=0.014)and-0.168(P=0.000).3.Spearman correlation coefficients of vitamin D with CD3^+CD4^+,CD3^+CD8^+,CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+,CD3-CD16^+CD56^+and CD19^+lymphocyte respectively were 0.053(P=0.227),0.022(P=0.622),-0.019(P=0.669),-0.030(P=0.448)and 0.025(P=0.565).4.The expression of CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+T lymphocyte was different at different vitamin D levels(Z=-2.580,P=0.010),but the expression of CD3^+T lymphocyte was not different(Z=-1.260,P=0.208).Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency rate is high in infertile women.Vitamin D is positively correlated with CD3^+and negatively correlated with CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+T lymphocyte.The expression of CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+T lymphocyte is different at different vitamin D levels.
