药物流产与无痛人流的临床应用效果分析

目的分析比较药物流产与无痛人流的临床应用效果。方法选择2018年3月~2019年2月内我院收诊的120例自愿终止妊娠的孕妇,采用随机数表法将其平均分成对照组和研究组,各组60例,对照组,药物流产,研究组,无痛人流,比较临床疗效。结果①研究组出血量、腹痛时间以及出血时间都少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②研究组流产成功率高于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比药物流产,无痛人流的应用价值高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and comPare the clinical effects of drug abortion and Painless induced abortion.Methods 120 Pregnant women who voluntarily terminated Pregnancy in our hosPital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control grouP and research grouP by random number table.There were 60 cases in each grouP,control grouP,drug abortion,research grouP and Painless abortion.The clinical effects were comPared.Results The amount of bleeding,the time of abdominal Pain and the time of bleeding in the study grouP were less than those in the control grouP,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The success rate of abortion in the study grouP was higher than that in the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ComPared with drug abortion,Painless induced abortion has higher aPPlication value and is worth PoPularizing.
