A study of parody and rewriting on contemporary African American neo-slave narrative

本文运用后现代戏仿的相关理论,按照传承与修正、"后现代文学想象""后种族"文学想象和"逆写"文学想象这样的材料组织思路,力图从文类、主题、形式等方面考察当代非裔美国涉奴题材小说发展轨迹或形成模式,并且分析这类文本如何再现蓄奴史及其隐含的文化政治批判意识。本文考察了史学编撰范式嬗变对文学再现形式的影响,重现了被经典遮蔽下的重要非裔文本,也为有关后现代主义戏仿的理论纷争提供了有力的文本例证。

Based on post-modern parody theory,this paper organizes the text materials according to the logic lines of inheritance and revision,"postmodern"literary imagination,"post-racial"literary imagination and"back writing"literary imagination.This paper explores the development or patterns of contemporary American neo-slave narrative from the aspects of genre,theme and form,and analyzes how such texts represent the history of slavery and its implied cultural and political critical consciousness.It also examines the influence of the transformation of the historical compilation paradigm on the form of literary recurrence,rediscovers the important African-American novels overshadowed by the classics,and provides textual illustrations for the postmodernist parody theory.
