基于空间点模式的桂林市星级酒店空间分布特征研究

Research on the Spatial Distribution of Star-rated Hotels in Guilin Based on the Spatial Point Pattern

以2017年桂林市星级酒店空间点数据为基本数据样点,采用基于空间点模式的最近邻指数分析、L函数、热点探测分析以及标准差椭圆方法对桂林市58家星级酒店空间分布格局和集聚特征进行了分析,并探讨了影响酒店空间分布的主要因素.研究表明:桂林市星级酒店NNI指数值R=0.274,整体呈高度集聚模式,集聚的拐点在4.24 km处;桂林市星级酒店集聚区单一,热点探测结果显示集聚区主要位于桂林市主城区中心;主城区各星级酒店空间分布方向特征差异明显,各等级星级酒店的集聚范围由高到低依次为四星级酒店>三星级酒店>五星级酒店>二星级酒店;影响桂林主城区高等级酒店空间分布的主导因素为旅游要素和交通要素;中等级和低等级酒店的主导因素依次为交通要素>旅游要素>社会文化要素.

Taking the spatial point data of Guilin star-rated hotels in 2017 as the basic data sample,this article analyzes the spatial distribution pattern and aggregation characteristics of 58 star-rated hotels in Guilin by using the nearest neighbor index analysis,L function,hot spot detection analysis and standard deviation ellipse method based on spatial point pattern,and the main factors affecting the spatial distribution of star-rated hotels in downtown are also discussed.The results show that:the NNI index value R of Guilin star-rated hotels is 0.274,showing a high degree of aggregation with an inflection point at 4.24 km;the cluster area of star-rated hotels in Guilin is single,and the hotspot detection results show that the cluster area is mainly located in the center of the downtown area of Guilin;the spatial distribution characteristics of star-rated hotels of different grades in the main urban area are significantly different,and the cluster range of star-rated hotels from high to low is four-star hotels>three-star hotels>five-star hotels>two-star-hotels;the main factors influencing the spatial distribution of high-grade hotels in the downtown area of Guilin are tourism factors and traffic factors;the main factors of medium and low-grade hotels are traffic factors>tourism factors>social and cultural factors.
