生态文明建设与新型城镇化协调发展的时空格局及影响因素——以福建省为例

Spatio-temporal Pattern and Influencing Factors of Coordinated Development of Ecological Civilization Construction and New Urbanization: Taking Fujian as an Example

生态文明建设与新型城镇化是新时代中国特色社会主义现代化建设的重要实践,是推进美丽中国建设的重要内容。本文以福建省国家生态文明试验区为研究对象,通过构建生态文明建设与新型城镇化的耦合协调模型,定量测度2008—2018年福建省生态文明建设与新型城镇化耦合协调发展的时空格局,并利用面板数据建立回归模型,进一步分析协调发展的影响因素。结果表明:福建省生态文明建设、新型城镇化及二者的耦合协调水平呈现稳步上升的趋势和"基本协调—中度协调"的演进态势;各地区间协调发展差异明显,呈现"南高北低"的发展格局;经济发展水平、科技创新投入、工业化水平和政府能力对于促进耦合协调发展水平具有显著的正向作用。

The construction of ecological civilization and new-type urbanization are important practices in the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and are an important part of promoting the construction of a beautiful China.This paper takes the National Ecological Civilization Experimental Zone of Fujian Province as the research object,and through the construction of a coupling and coordination model of ecological civilization construction and new urbanization,quantitatively measures the temporal and spatial pattern of the coordinated development of ecological civilization construction and new urbanization in Fujian Province from 2008 to 2017.Use panel data to establish a regression model to further analyze the influencing factors of coupling and coordination.The findings can be summarized as follows:(1)Fujian Province’s ecological civilization construction,new urbanization,and the level of coupling and coordination between the two have shown a steady upward trend,showing an evolutionary trend of"basic coordination-moderate coordination".(2)There are obvious differences in coordinated development between regions,showing a development pattern of"high in the south and low in the north".(3)The level of economic development,the investment of scientific and technological innovation,the level of industrialization and the ability of government have a significant positive effect on promoting the level of coupled and coordinated development.
