The Global Value of China’s Ecological Civilization Construction——Based on Quantitative International Comparisons

将中国生态文明建设与116个国家的生态环境治理相关指标进行量化比较发现:中国生态文明建设水平的国际优势尚不明显,但1990年以来,不同阶段的建设推进都较快,并在2010年后进入加速阶段,建设进展总分位列各国之首,协调发展成绩突出。中国的生态文明建设深化了全球可持续发展的理论与实践,为发展中国家提供了新型现代化道路的范本,为全球社会应对生态危机提供了价值引领。中国生态文明建设取得的成绩得益于自身制度优势、政治优势、思想优势、文化优势和价值立场优势。在全球生态环境治理中,中国将在区域合作共建、国际话语传播、经验交流合作和全球责任担当方面进一步发挥作用。

The study conducted a quantitative comparison between China’s ecological civilization construction and 116 countries’ecological and environmental governance.The international advantage of the level of ecological civilization construction in China is not obvious,but the construction in different stages has been promoted relatively high since 1990,and the total score of construction progress in different stages has been accelerated since 2010,which ranks first in all countries.China achieved outstanding achievement in coordinated development.China’s ecological civilization has deepened the theory and practice of global sustainable development,provided a model for developing countries to embark on a new path of modernization,and provided value guidance for the global community to cope with the ecological crisis.China’s achievements are attributable to its institutional,political,ideological,cultural and value standpoint advantages.China will bring into play the world value of ecological civilization construction by regional cooperation,enhancing international discourse power,experience exchange and cooperation,and taking global responsibility.
