以资本积累为动力的全球性经济,其问题外在地表现为经济危机。对资本积累与经济危机演变趋势的分析,可以把握到两重变化:资本积累从以暴力为前提的剥夺性积累转变为以信用体系为前提的隐匿性积累;经济危机从周期性生产过剩的萧条性危机转变为金融危机。全球性经济问题演变的事实证明,资本主义生产方式的全球化变革并没有使现实的状况发生实质性的改变。资本逻辑依旧是引发全球性经济问题的根本原因。在资本逻辑引导下,西方资本主义国家的全球经济治理方案无法彻底地解决全球性经济问题。因此,发挥超越资本逻辑为目标的全球经济治理理念并促进治理机制变革至关重要。

The problem of the global economy driven by capital accumulation is externally manifested as economic crisis.The analysis of the evolution trend of capital accumulation and economic crisis can grasp two changes:capital accumulation changes from deprivation accumulation based on violence to insidious accumulation based on credit system.The economic crisis changed from a depression crisis of cyclical overproduction to a financial crisis.The evolution of global economic problems has proved that the globalization of capitalist mode of production has not changed the real situation substantially.Capital logic remains the root cause of global economic problems.Under the guidance of capital logic,the global economic governance plan given by western capitalist countries cannot completely solve the global economic problems.Therefore,how China’s concept of global economic governance,which aims at transcending capital logic,plays its role and promotes the reform of governance mechanism is crucial.
