摘要
液压管路性能直接影响了飞机液压系统的安全性、可靠性及维修性,在实际装配连接过程中,不可避免的会出现装配偏差的现象,文中以合金钢和钛合金导管为对象,针对其在第三类装配偏差存在的情况下,对2种导管的装配过程及考虑装配应力影响的导管爆破强度进行了仿真分析,并在此基础之上,进一步对考虑大角度安装偏差的钛合金导管装配应力,及爆破强度进行了计算,分析了装配应力及装配偏差对液压导管爆破强度的影响,为钛合金液压导管连接安装设计提供技术指导。
Hydraulic pipeline is an important part of aircraft hydraulic system,its performance directly affects the safety,reliability and maintainability of aircraft hydraulic system.During the actual assembly and connection of hydraulic pipe,the assembly deviation always occurred inevitably.Aiming at the fact that the third type of assembly deviation occurs during the installation of the hydraulic pipe,in this paper the alloy steel and titanium alloy pipes are taken as objects,the assembly process of the hydraulic pipe is simulated,and then the blasting strength considering the assembly stress is calculated.Based on the simulation method built in this paper,the assembly process and blasting strength of the hydraulic pipe with big angle deviation is simulated,and the effect of assembly stress and assembly deviation on the blasting strength of hydraulic pipe is analyzed.The research provides technical guidance for the installation design of titanium alloy hydraulic pipe.
