飞机油量监测技术研究进展

摘要 飞机油量监测技术对于精确确定返航时间具有重要意义。由于油箱结构复杂,飞行中的液面波动等问题,准确测量飞机剩余油量十分困难。文中从燃油油位测量传感器、传感器布局规划及优化、基于飞行姿态角的燃油体积换算方法和飞机油箱剩余燃油量的估算三个方面总结分析了近年来飞机油量监测技术的主要进展。通过总结比较近年来新涌现的飞机油量监测技术,为实用化的油箱油量监测系统开发提供思路。同时指出,对于未来更为严酷的强电磁干扰环境,辐射环境,以及超高精度测量需求,飞机油量监测技术存在的技术挑战。 Aircraft fuel monitoring technology in aircraft fuel is significant for accurately determining the return time.However,accurate measurement for aircraft residual fuel is difficult due to complex fuel tank structures and fluctuations in the liquid level during flight.In this paper,the progress of aircraft fuel level monitoring technology in recent years is summarized and analyzed from three aspects:fuel level measurement sensors,layout planning and optimization of sensors,and fuel volume conversion method based on flight attitude angle and estimation of the remaining fuel volume of aircraft fuel tanks.This paper summarizes and compares the newly emerging aircraft fuel monitoring technologies in recent years,providing technical ideas for developing practical fuel monitoring systems.At the same time,the technical challenges in aircraft fuel monitoring technology for the harsher strong electromagnetic interference environment,radiation environment,and ultra-high-precision measurement needs in future were pointed out.
