面向飞机研制全生命周期的单架次、模块化技术状态管控研究

摘要 伴随着科学技术的不断进步,各领域的不断发展,适应新时代的先进武器研制也不断复杂,研制的学科领域不断宽泛,科研难度也不断增大。为了顺应当今国际形势,实现面向飞机研制全生命周期的单架次、模块化技术状态管控,通过采用基于构型项为单元的简化构型管理模式,产品结构的模块化划分、数据有效性的简化表达,从而实现军机研制数据模块化、单架次的综合管治,结合完善、先进的构型数据管理体系及数字化平台,最终达到满足军机研制单架次、模块化的技术状态管控,实现全机BOM数据单架次、实时、准确地获取与管理。 With the continuous progress of science and technology,and the continuous development of various fields,the development of advanced weapons that adapt to the new era is also becoming increasingly complex.The subject areas of research and development are becoming increasingly broad,and the difficulty of scientific research is also increasing.In order to adapt to the current international situation and achieve single and modular technical status control for the entire life cycle of aircraft development,this study adopts a simplified configuration management mode based on configuration items as units,modular division of product structure,and simplified expression of data validity in order to achieve modular data management for military aircraft development and comprehensive management of single sorties.Combined with a comprehensive and advanced configuration data management system and digital platform,the ultimate goal is to achieve technical status control that meets the requirements of military aircraft development for single sorties and modularization,achieving real-time and accurate acquisition and management of BOM data for the entire aircraft for single sorties.
