摘要
设计了一种直连式的导管连接方案,并通过动力学仿真的方法对管路敷设进行了优化设计。采用直连式的导管进行管路敷设,省去管接头,极大地降低了直升机质量。运用动力学仿真分析,以优化固支数量和位置的方法提高管路的固有频率,防止其发生共振,提升直升机安全性。
Design a direct-connected pipe connection scheme,and study on pipeline laying by dynamic simulation.The direct-connected pipe connection scheme make reduce the weight of the helicopter by cancelling the pipe joint.To prevent resonance and to improve helicopter safety,improve the natural frequency of the pipeline by optimizing the number and position of fixed supports,through dynamic simulation analysis.
