机翼气动载荷向结构节点等效分配的三点分法

摘要 气动载荷是结构强度设计的重要输入,然而气动专业给出的气动载荷数据往往是基于气动模型的数据,并不能直接应用于结构专业的强度分析模型,需要一定的方法将其转换。为了提高气动载荷向结构节点转换的效率,并保证准确性,文中采用线性插值的方法,分别考虑结构节点在气动节点构成的三角形内部和外部的情况,推导了结构节点上气动载荷的计算方法,并通过无人机翼盒段的气动载荷和结构数模对该方法的准确性和高效性进行了验证。结果表明,提出的方法既可以提高工程实践的效率,又具备较高的准确性。 The aerodynamic load is an important input of structural strength design.However,the aerodynamic load data provided by the pneumatic group are often based on the aerodynamic model,which cannot be directly applied to the structural strength analysis model of the structural group,so some methods are needed to convert it.In order to improve the efficiency of the conversion from aerodynamic loads to FEM nodes and ensure its accuracy,the linear interpolation method is used in this paper.Considering the situation where the FEM node is inside and outside the triangle formed by the aerodynamic grids respectively,the calculation method of aerodynamic loads on FEM nodes is derived.The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are verified by the aerodynamic load and structural FEM of a UAV wing box section.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can not only improve the efficiency of engineering practice but also have high accuracy.
