摘要
航空产品中的加筋壁板、蜂窝夹层结构件等主承力、次承力构件多采用复合材料胶接技术。环境湿度是造成质量波动主要原因之一,环境湿度会使材料在胶接过程中发生吸湿,当湿度过高时,胶接面水分的存在,可能会对胶接质量产生不良影响。模拟不同湿度条件下,J-116B环氧胶膜粘接QY9511体系复合材料加筋壁板时,胶接面呈现的不同状态,验证了不同环境湿度条件下胶膜的工艺性。结果表明,环境湿度过高,会对最终的粘接质量造成不良影响,导致明显缺陷。
The main and secondary load-bearing components such as stiffened panels and honeycomb sandwich structures in aviation products mostly adopt composite material bonding technology.It is found that environmental humidity is one of the main reasons for quality fluctuation.The humidity of the environment will cause the material to be hygroscopic in the bonding process.When the humidity is too high,the moisture of the bonding surface will have a bad effect on the bonding quality.The different states of bonding surface between J-116 B film and QY9511 system composite material reinforced panel were simulated under different humidity conditions,and the process property of the film was verified under different humidity conditions.The results show that high ambient humidity will have a negative effect on the final bonding quality and lead to obvious defects.
