摘要
为提高军机研制系统工程管理能力,从需求管理、接口管理与技术状态管理的内涵和关联入手,提出了三者一体规划、实施的理念,构建了以技术状态项为核心的综合管理架构和逻辑,有助于军机研制技术管理工作的效率和质量提升。
In order to improve the system engineering management ability of military aircraft development,the meaning and relation of requirement,interface and configuration managements were researched.The integrated planning and implementation theory of these activities were established to construct a comprehensive management framework with configuration item as the core,which is helpful to improve the efficiency and quality of technical management.
