冰致气流振荡对蒙皮的稳定性影响分析

Impact Aanlysis of Ice-induced Airflow Vibration on Hybrid Airfoil Skin Stability

摘要 在结冰试验过程中,由于积冰不断生成,翼型周围流场也会变化,从而对翼面形成不稳定影响。针对混合缩比翼型,采用不同材质蒙皮进行了试验,绘制冰型、考察结冰历程中蒙皮稳定特性,并确定模型的安全情况。结果表明,积冰增长对流场的扰动使得翼面产生不规则冰型。振荡流场作用于蒙皮产生不同的振动效果,碳纤维蒙皮在共振作用下,对振荡反应更迅速,上下表面振动频率在120 Hz和130 Hz左右;铝合金蒙皮则处于逐渐振动的过程,且上下表面相同且振动频率基本稳定在120 Hz左右。 For large-scale model icing tests,test safety is very important.However,due to the continuous generation of ice accretion,the flow field around the airfoil will change rapidly,which will form unstable effect on the airfoil.For a hybrid airfoil,experiments are carried out with different skins,ice types are drawn respectively and stability characteristics of the skin during the icing process are studied and are drawn the safety of the model is determined.It is shown that the disturbance of the flow field caused by the accumulation of ice accretion makes the airfoil obtain an irregular ice shape;the skin with different elastic modulus has different response to the oscillating flow field,the vibration frequencyof upper and lower surfaceofcarbonfiberskinis around 120 Hz and 130 Hz,respectively,while for Aluminum alloy skin,which is about 120 Hz.
