摘要
在飞行载荷测量中,非常重要的一点是测量结果的误差分析。目前,通用的飞行载荷测量误差分析模型存在只考虑地面校准试验误差及误差分析结果缺乏可比性的问题。文章通过分析机翼载荷测量试验各环节可能影响测量结果的因素,将不确定度评定理论引入到载荷测量结果的分析中,建立了载荷测量试验不确定度评定的数学模型,并结合某型机机翼载荷测量数据进行了计算。计算结果表明,载荷测量试验的百分比不确定度相对较小,测量较为准确;绝大部分不确定度来自于校准试验中,而方程非线性的影响几乎可以忽略;误差修正因子的取值会对评定结果产生比较大的影响。
In the flight load measurement,a very important point is the error analysis of the measurement results.At present,the general flight load measurement error analysis model only considers the ground calibration test error and the lack of comparability of error analysis results.The article analyzes the factors that may affect the measurement results in various aspects of the wing load measurement test,thus introduces the uncertainty evaluation theory into the analysis of the load measurement results.A mathematical model for the assessment of the uncertainty of the load measurement is established and calculated with the wing load measurement data of a certain aircraft.The calculation results show that the percentage uncertainty of the load measurement test is relatively small and the measurement is more accurate;most of the uncertainty comes from the calibration experiment,and the influence of the nonlinearity of the equation is almost negligible;the value of error correction factor will have a great influence on the evaluation result.
