Local Chronicles See the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Fujian Water Spinach Planting and Diversity Characteristics

明清时期福建蕹菜种植区域广泛,具有多样性的特点。本文主要以福建旧志为主体史料,梳理志书中关于明清时期福建蕹菜的种植情况,并从蕹菜的培育、利用、文化等角度分析其多样性特点。

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Fujian had a wide range of water spinach planting areas and had diversity.This paper mainly takes the old annals of Fujian as the main historical materials,sorts out the planting situation of water spinach in the Ming and Qing Dynasties in the annals,and analyzes its diversity characteristics from the perspective of the cultivation,utilization and culture of water spinach.
