The Divine Belief and Reality in Southern Fujian——The Mysterious Narrative in Cai Chongda's Works

蔡崇达的作品主要可分为写实性和神秘性书写两类,这二者都受到闽南文化的影响,其神秘性书写表现出浓厚的地域文化色彩。闽南地区的鬼神信仰、祖先崇拜是蔡崇达作品中神秘性色彩最主要的表现。本文主要探讨蔡崇达小说中神秘书写的呈现方式、来源及其文本中的神秘书写与其他作家的不同。

Cai Chongda's works can be divided into two main categories:realistic and mysterious writing.Both categories are influenced by the southern Fujian culture,and the mysterious writing shows a strong regional cultural style.The belief of ghosts and gods and worship of ancestors in southern Fujian are the most important manifestations of the mysterious style in Cai Chongda's works.This paper mainly discusses the style and source of mysterious writing in Tsai Chongda's novels and how they differ from other authors’work.
