海峡两岸共享史料共编志书的实践与探讨——以福州《船政志》为例

On the Practice and Discussion of Sharing Historical Materials on the Cross-Strait Sharing——Taking Fuzhou Shipyard Administration Chronicles as an Example

地方志书是与史书并列的古代基础文献典籍,海峡两岸共编志书与共编史书同样属于史志文化事业,它对于加强两岸文化交流合作,增进两岸中华民族认同感,促进两岸融合发展具有重要而深远的意义。本文以福州市地方志编纂委员会集合两岸专家学者共同编纂出版《船政志》为例,从修志传统、渊源关系、学术基础等方面论述了海峡两岸共编志书的可行性,再结合福州《船政志》的工作实践,总结两岸共编志书的立项筹划过程、编纂运作方式和志书体例与写法,以及共编志书所存在的问题困难等,试着对今后两岸合编志书提出一些建议。

Local chronicles are ancient basic documents and books juxtaposed with historical books.The two sides of the Taiwan Straits also belong to the historical and cultural undertakings.Taking the compilation committee of local chronicles of Fuzhou as an example,this paper discusses the feasibility of compiling the chronicles of the two sides of the Taiwan Straits from the aspects of the tradition,the relationship of origin and the academic basis,and then summarizes the project planning and operation of the compilation of the chronicles of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait in the light of the practice of the Chronicle of Fuzhou Shipping Administration The author tries to put forward some suggestions on how to compile the chronicles in the future.
