摘要
采用沤制杉树皮、沤制锯屑、草炭土等5种材料设置16个容器苗基质配方开展福建山樱花容器苗育苗试验,依据苗高、地径、根系生长表现及生物量等指标进行苗木综合评价,旨在筛选出适合福建山樱花容器苗木培育的基质配方。结果表明:不同配方之间的苗高、地径、根系和生物量均差异显著;以杉木皮35%+锯屑30%+草炭土30%+珍珠岩5%与杉木皮50%+锯屑15%+草炭土20%+珍珠岩15%的基质配方育苗效果最好。
16 container substrate formulations were set up with five materials,including retting Chinese fir bark,retting sawdust and peat soil,etc,to carry out the seedling raising experiment for Cerasus campanulata.The seedlings were comprehensively evaluated according to seedling height,ground diameter,root growth performance and biomass,in order to select the substrate formulations suitable for the cultivation of C.campanulata seedlings.The results showed there were significant differences in seedling height,ground diameter,root system and biomass among different formulations,and the substrate formulation of Chinese fir 35%+sawdust 30%+peat 30%+perlite 5%and Chinese fir bark 50%+sawdust 15%+peat 20%+perlite 15%were the best for seedlings.
