西昌市中心城区餐厨垃圾现状调查及分析 被引量:1

摘要 该文通过基础数据收集、问卷调查与实地跟踪形式对西昌市中心城区餐厨垃圾产生和收运现状展开调查与分析。调查结果显示:餐厨垃圾产量为82.66 t/d,其中69.9%为餐厨垃圾,23.1%为果蔬垃圾,6.99%为地沟油;因尚未有集中统一收运处置系统,餐厨垃圾去向一般为周边乡镇生猪家禽养殖和家用肥料,或混到生活垃圾进入环卫系统。该调查研究收集的数据及其生成的餐厨垃圾产生源和收运地图,可为西昌市中心城区的餐厨垃圾收运系统建立提供参考依据,为集中式餐厨垃圾处理工程的实施奠定基础。 The investigation and analysis of current generation,collection and transportation of food waste in central city of Xichang was carried out in the form of basic data collection,questionnaire survey and on-site tracking.The results show,that the total output of food waste was 82.66 t/d,of which 69.9%was kitchen waste,23.1%was fruit and vegetable waste,and 6.99%was waste cooking oil;that since there was no centralized collection,transportation and disposal system,the food waste generally went to the surrounding villages and towns,pig and poultry breeding and household fertilizer,or mixed with domestic waste into the sanitation system.The generated source map and the collection-transportation map based the data collected in this survey,can provide reference and first-hand information for the establishment of food waste collection and transportation system in central city of Xichang,and lay a foundation for the implementation of centralized food waste treatment project.
