埋深及氮输入对碱蓬硫元素吸收特征的影响

摘要 为明晰人为干扰影响下黄河三角洲典型植被营养元素吸收利用特征,该研究选取黄河三角洲先锋物种碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)为研究对象,利用模拟实验探究了泥沙埋深及氮输入对碱蓬硫元素吸收特征的影响。结果显示:埋深及氮输入显著影响碱蓬根、茎及土壤中总硫含量,而叶中总硫含量则保持相对稳定;碱蓬根茎叶累积系数均受到泥沙埋深及氮输入的显著影响。具体而言,随着埋深的增大,根茎叶中总硫含量整体呈增加趋势,最大值在M_(3)(12 cm)处理时取得(根N_(0)M_(3):2.76 g/kg;茎N_(1)M_(3):6.25 g/kg;叶N_(1)M_(3):21.34 g/kg),此时累积系数也相对较大,仅次于M_(0)处理,表明无泥沙埋深干扰最有利碱蓬对硫元素的吸收利用,而在一定范围内随着泥沙埋深的增加,碱蓬对硫元素的吸收增强。随着N输入的增加,碱蓬根、茎、叶对硫元素含量及累积系数均呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,表明适当的N输入有利于碱蓬对硫元素的吸收利用。 We selected the typical vegetation Suaeda salsa in the Yellow River delta as the research object,and used simulation experiment to explore the sulfur absorption characteristics of S.salsa under the influence of buried depth and nitrogen input.The results showed that buried depth and nitrogen input significantly affected the total sulfur content in roots,stems and soil,while the total sulfur content in leaves remained relatively stable.Root,stem and leaf accumulation coefficients of S.salsa were significantly affected by sediment depth and nitrogen input.Specifically,total sulfur content in roots,stems and leaves showed an increasing trend with the increase of burial depth,and the maximum values were obtained in M_(3)treatment(Root N_(0)M_(3):2.76 g/kg;Stem N_(1)M_(3):6.25 g/kg;Leaf N_(1)M_(3):21.34 g/kg),the cumulative coefficient were relatively large at these treatments,second only to M_(0)treatment.All of these results indicated that the absorption of sulfur by S.salsa was most favorable without the interference of sediment depth,and the absorption of sulfur by S.salsa enhanced with the increase of sediment depth in a certain range,which could use for its own growth to resist external interference.The content and accumulation coefficient of sulfur in root,stem and leaf of S.salsa increased first and then decreased with the increase of N input,indicating that appropriate nitrogen input was conducive to the absorption and utilization of sulfur in S.salsa.
