成都平原饮用水源地PAEs分布特征及风险评价

Distribution Characteristics and Risk Assessment of PAEs in Drinking Water Sources in Chengdu Plain

摘要 文章为探讨成都平原饮用水中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的分布情况及其环境风险,利用SPE-GC-MS法分析了成都平原19个饮用水源地中7种PAEs的赋存状态,并利用风险熵值法对其健康风险及生态风险进行了评估。结果表明,7种PAEs在2个水期中均有检出,检出率为86.4%~100%,浓度范围为nd~5.12 ng/L。健康风险结果表明,7种PAEs的非致癌风险均小于1,说明其非致癌风险在可接受范围内。4个点位致癌风险对成人及儿童超过了10^(-6),但均远小于10^(-4),表明可能会对人体有潜在致癌风险。鱼类生态风险结果表明,5个点位风险熵大于1,说明其对鱼类有着不可忽视的影响。 In order to investigate the distribution of phthalate esters(PAEs)in drinking water and their environmental risks in Chengdu Plain,the distribution of seven PAEs in 19 drinking water sources was analyzed by SPE-GC-MS,and their health risks and ecological risks were evaluated by risk entropy method.The results showed that the seven PAEs were detected in both dry and abundant water periods,with the detection rates ranging from 86.4%to 100%,and the concentration ranges from nd to 5.12 ng/L.The results of the health risk showed that the non-carcinogenic risk of the seven PAEs was less than 1,which indicated that the non-carcinogenic risk was in the acceptable range.Four site-specific carcinogenic risks were more than 10^(-6)for both adults and children but were much less than 10^(-4),which indicated that it might be possible to have a non-carcinogenic risk.The results of fish ecological risk showed that the risk entropy was greater than 1 at five sites,indicating that it has a non-negligible effect on fish.
