摘要
该文以NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O和FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O、NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O和FeCl_(2)·4H_(2)O、NiSO_(4)·6H_(2)O和FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O为3组反应物,NaOH为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备催化材料NiFe_(2)O_(4)催化剂,比较3组反应物制备出的NiFe_(2)O_(4)催化剂对活化SPS降解RhB染料废水的效果,并对材料进行表征。结果显示,以NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O和FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O为反应物制备出的材料催化性能、形貌结构最优。以NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O和FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O为反应物,通过单因素实验研究固化温度、固化时间、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对NiFe_(2)O_(4)催化剂催化降解RhB性能的影响。经实验得出,NiFe_(2)O_(4)催化剂的最优制备条件为:固化温度80℃、固化时间2 h、煅烧温度500℃、煅烧时间3 h,在此条件下,120 min内RhB的降解率可达到88.30%。
NiFe_(2)O_(4)catalysts are prepared by co-precipitation method using NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O and FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O,NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O and FeCl_(2)·4H_(2)O,NiSO_(4)·6H_(2)O and FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O as three groups of reactants,and NaOH as precipitating agent.The effects of NiFe_(2)O_(4)catalyst on the degradation of RhB in water by activated SPS are compared and the materials are characterized.The results show that NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O and FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O are the best reactants to prepare the materials with the optimum catalytic performance,morphology and structure.By single-factor experiment,the influence factors of curing temperature,curing time,calcining temperature and calcining time of NiFe_(2)O_(4)catalysts prepared with NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O and FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O as reactants are studied.By comparison,it shows that the best curing temperature and time are 80℃and 2 h,and the optimum calcining temperature and calcining time are 500℃and 3 h,respectively.Under these conditions,the degradation rate of RhB could reach 88.30%within 120 minutes.
