摘要
文章建立了同时检测污染源废气中8种苯系物的气相色谱法,并考察了方法的实用性。用活性炭吸附污染源废气中的苯系物,二硫化碳解吸,DB-WAX毛细管柱分离,使用氢火焰离子化检测器检测色谱。该方法测定的8种苯系物分离效果好,8种苯系物工作曲线的线性良好,相关系数均为0.9998。当采样体积为10 L,进样量为1.00μL时,8种苯系物(苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻-二甲苯、间-二甲苯、对-二甲苯、苯乙烯和异丙苯)的方法检出限均为1.5×10^(-3)mg/m^(3),加标回收率不低于94.5%。
To establish a new gas chromatography for simultaneous determining the concentration of the eight kinds of benzene compounds in exhaust gas,as well as to investigate its applicability.Exhaust gas were collected by activated carbon and resolved by carbon disulfide.Its were separated through the DB-WAX capillary column,and then detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector.The results showed that this method gave a good separation effect of the eight kinds of benzene compounds.The working curve of the eight kinds of benzene compounds showed a good correlation(r=0.9998).The recovery rate was more than 94.5%.With a sampling volume of 10 L and injection volume of 1.00μL,the detect limit of of the eight kinds of benzene compounds is 1.5×10^(-3)mg/m^(3).
