摘要
该研究以2016年为基准年,采用"自下而上"的排放因子法建立了济南市人为源挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放清单。结果显示,济南市2016年人为源VOCs排放总量为81512 t,排放量较大的源类为工艺过程源、移动源和溶剂使用源,分别占VOCs排放总量的47.8%、17.7%、16.8%。工艺过程源中的石油、化工行业排放量较大,且多为无组织排放,应加强泄露检测与修复;移动源中的载客汽车尤其是小型载客汽车由于保有量大,排放突出,应加强控制;溶剂使用源中的医药和汽车制造业排放量较大,应提高VOCs收集和处理效率。各区县VOCs排放总量居前3位的分别为历下区、历城区和章丘市。清单不确定性半定量评估结果表明,济南市人为源VOCs排放清单不确定度级别为中,为降低VOCs排放清单不确定性,需开展VOCs污染控制效率实际测试和排放因子本地化研究。
An anthropogenic VOCs emission inventory in Jinan for 2016 has been established using"bottom-up"emission factor methods.The results showed that the total anthropogenic VOCs emissions were 81512 t,and the major sources were industrial processes sources,mobile sources and solvent utilization sources,accounting for 47.8%,17.7%and 16.8%respectively.In the industrial processes sources,the VOCs emissions from petroleum processing and chemical industry were very large,and most of them are unorganized,so leak detection and repair(LDAR)should be strengthened.In the mobile sources,the small passenger cars should be strengthened in VOCs control because of the large quantity.As the subsectors of the solvent utilization sources,the pharmaceutical and automobile industries contributed amount of the VOCs emissions,and the VOCs collection and treatment efficiency should be improved.The top three VOCs emission districts in Jinan were Lixia,Licheng and Zhangqiu.The uncertainty level of anthropogenic VOCs emission inventory in Jinan was medium using semi-quantitative assessment method.In order to reduce the uncertainty,VOCs control efficiency should be measured and the localization of VOCs emission factors should be carried out.
