盐胁迫下BM1259对构树幼苗生长和生理特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 该研究以构树幼苗为试验材料,采用土培盆栽法,初步研究了外源添加巨大芽孢杆菌(BM1259)对盐胁迫下构树幼苗生长生理特性的影响,以期了解微生物巨大芽孢杆菌对盐胁迫下构树幼苗的缓解作用。研究结果表明:在200 mmol/L NaCl盐胁迫下,外源添加浓度为1×10^(8)CFU/L的BM1259能够促进构树根长、株高和叶面积的增加;提高叶绿素的含量,增强光合效率;显著提高可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量;减少丙二醛的产生以及提高幼苗SOD、POD和CAT抗氧化酶的活性,进而有效缓解盐胁迫对构树幼苗造成的伤害。 The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Bacillus megaterium(BM1259)on the growth of Broussonetia papyrifera seedling under salt stress.The results showed that the additive of BM1259 at 1×10^(8)CFU/L could increase the root length,plant height and leaf area of Broussonetia papyrifera;enhance the photosynthetic efficiency by increasing the content of chlorophyll;significantly increase the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein,reduce the production of malondialdehyde,and increase the activities of SOD,POD and CAT antioxidant enzymes under salt stress with 200 mmol/L NaCl treatment.This study indicated that BM1259 could effectively alleviate the damage caused by salt stress on Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings.
