椎实螺联合水产益生菌抑制水华鱼腥藻

The Inhibition of Combined Treatment Using Lymnaea sp. and Effective Microorganisms Against Anabaena Flos-aquae

椎实螺和复合水产益生菌(EM菌)对蓝藻水华均有一定的防治作用,该文比较了二者单一或联合处理对水华鱼腥藻的防治作用。单一处理时,椎实螺与EM菌均能抑制水华鱼腥藻的生长,降低叶绿素a和藻蓝蛋白含量,且随添加量的增加抑制效果增强。但椎实螺单一处理难以降低鱼腥藻的藻毒素Anatoxin-a的浓度水平,EM菌单一处理难以降低水中可溶性蛋白的浓度水平。椎实螺联合EM菌处理,不仅能快速降低水华鱼腥藻的生物量和光合色素含量,而且使水体中鱼腥藻藻毒素Anatoxin-a和胞外可溶性蛋白的浓度保持在低于实验起始时的水平。所以,在改善水华鱼腥藻造成的水体质量恶化方面,椎实螺联合EM菌处理比它们单一处理更具有优势。

Lymnaea sp.and multiple aquatic effective microorganisms(EM)have inhibitive effect on cyanobacteria bloom.In this study,the single and combined treatments by them against Anabaena flos-aquae was examined.The results indicated that each of the single treatment using Lymnaea sp.or EM effectively inhibiting the growth of A.flos-aquae,reducing the contents of chlorophyll-a and phycocyanin.In addition,their respective inhibitory effect was dose dependent.However,single Lymnaea sp.treatment was not able to reduce the concentration of Anatoxin-a while single EM treatment could not reduce the concentration of soluble protein in water.The combined treatment by both Lymnaea sp.and EM not only led to the reduction of biomass and photosynthetic pigment,but also kept the concentrations of both Anatoxin-a and extracellular soluble protein at the lower levels than those at the beginning of the experiment.Therefore,the combined treatment by Lymnaea sp.and EM was more advantageous than the respective single treatment in improving the deteriorated water quality caused by A.flos-aquae.
