摘要
拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂广泛应用于农业园林和家庭室内的防虫除虫,在环境广泛残留,可通过多种暴露途径进入生物体,对人类健康产生潜在危害。已有研究表明,拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂是一类潜在的内分泌干扰物,其对生殖健康的影响受到关注。该文综述了拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂暴露与女性生殖健康相关的环境流行病学研究以及雌性生殖毒性相关的毒理学实验研究,并探讨了其诱导女性/雌性生殖毒性的潜在分子机制。可为深入研究拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对女性生殖健康的影响及毒性机制提供参考。
Pyrethroid insecticides are widely used in pest control for agriculture and residence.The residues of pyrethroids have been extensively detected in the environment,which poses a potential health risk to humans.A number of studies have shown that exposure to pyrethroids were associated with the reproductive health as a class of endocrine-disrupting chemicals.This article reviews the environmentally epidemiological investigations on pyrethroids associated with reproductive health in women as well as the toxicological studies on the female reproductive toxicity of pyrethroids.This article also discusses the potential molecular mechanisms of pyrethroids-induced reproductive toxicity.The study provides a reference for further in-depth study of the effects and toxicological mechanisms of pyrethroid insecticides on female reproduction.
