摘要
文章为探究不同维护保养方式对在用轻型汽油车排放的CO、HC、NO 3种污染物的排放控制效果,通过选取具有代表性的高排放车辆,利用稳态加载工况检测方法,定量分析了三元催化器体系维护及发动机工况调整2种维护方式的排放削减效果及其效果差异,结果表明车辆维护保养对于NO污染物的减排效果为49.29%~99.76%,CO为29.22%~99.66%,HC为-44.44%~97.11%,对于不同排放标准的轻型汽油车,维护保养的减排效果均超出60%;对比不同维护保养方式,发动机工况调整维护对HC排放影响相对明显,CO、NO则影响微弱。进一步的跟踪测试表明仅针对三元催化器体系维护保养会出现排放反弹的情况,同时进行发动机工况校准以及三元催化器体系维护保养可有效维持排放削减效果。
In order to explore the effect of different maintenance methods on the emission control of CO, HC and NO pollutants emitted by light-duty gasoline vehicles, the acceleration simulation mode(ASM) is adopted by selecting representative high-emission vehicles. Quantitative analysis of the emission reduction effects and differences between the two maintenance methods of three-way catalytic converter system and engine condition adjustment were done, and the results show that vehicle maintenance for NO pollutants emission reduction effect is 49.29%~99.76%, CO is 29.22%~99.66%, HC is-44.44%~97.11%.For light gasoline vehicles with different emission standards, the maintenance emission reduction effect exceeds 60%.Compared with different maintenance methods, engine operating conditions adjustment and maintenance have a relatively negative impact on HC emissions, while CO and NO have a weak impact. Further tracking tests show that there is a rebound in emissions for the maintenance of the three-way catalytic converter system. At the same time, the calibration of the engine operating conditions and the maintenance of the three-way catalytic converter system can effectively maintain the emission reduction effect.
