PPCPs的环境暴露、毒性效应及风险评估研究进展

Research Progress in Environmental Exposure, Toxic Effect and Risk Assessment of Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care Products

随着医药品和个人护理品(PPCPs)在全球范围的需求量和使用量不断提高,检测技术不断发展,PPCPs在环境介质中不断被检出。PPCPs作为一类新兴污染物,种类繁多,具有环境持久性、较高的生物活性及缓慢的生物降解性等特点。PPCPs在环境中的积累会对生态环境和人体健康造成一定的风险,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。该文对PPCPs在环境中的暴露水平、毒性效应、生态风险及人类健康风险进行了归纳总结,指出目前研究中存在的问题,并对后续研究方向进行展望。

With the increasing demand and improving detection technology of pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPs),PPCPs are continuously detected in environmental media.As a class of emerging pollutants(ECs),PPCPs have the characteristics of great variety,environmental persistence,high biological activity,and slow biodegradation.The accumulation of PPCPs in the environment will cause certain risks to the ecological environment and human health,which has attracted wide attention at home and abroad.In this paper,the environmental exposure levels,toxic effects,ecological risks,and human health risks were analyzed and summarized,the existing problems were pointed out,and the future research directions were prospected as well.
