摘要
近年来,抗生素土壤污染已成为中国新兴的环境问题,具有高吸附性的生物炭被广泛用于阻控土壤中有机污染物迁移,但对于阻控机制与影响因素尚缺乏系统性研究。该文通过分析抗生素在土壤中的吸附特征、机理与影响因素,从土壤水分运移调控与吸附作用增强两方面,对比不同抗生素在各类土壤中的迁移行为,重点评述大孔隙流与土壤胶体对土壤中抗生素迁移的影响,进而讨论生物炭阻控土壤中抗生素迁移的实效、不足之处以及亟待解决的科学问题,为土壤中生物炭调控技术发展提供参考。
In recent years,antibiotic pollution in soils has become an emerging environmental problem in China.Biochar has received extensive attention because of high adsorption that can be used to control the transport of antibiotics in soils.However,the control mechanism and influencing factors were not systematically researched.Based on sorption characteristics,mechanism and influencing factors of antibiotics in soils,the transport behavior of different antibiotics in various types of soil was compared with respect to the regulation of soil water transport and the enhancement of adsorption.The effects of macropore flow and soil colloid on antibiotics transport in soils were emphatically reviewed.And the effectiveness,deficiencies and scientific issues to be solved urgently were discussed about biochar controlling antibiotics transport in soils.The prospect of biochar control technology development was also proposed.
