摘要
在钢铁厂、铁塔厂等需要热镀锌的行业,每年都会有大量的酸洗废液排出。该文介绍了对镀锌酸洗废液进行大规模集中资源化处理的零排放处理新工艺。该工艺克服了原有工艺的缺陷,使废液中绝大部分的成分能够在较低的处理成本下全部回收,回收物作为附属产品出售所得与处理成本相抵,且处理过程完全无"三废"排出。最终处理后的水能达到工业用水的标准,达到了清洁生产的要求。
In the industries such as steel plants and tower plants that require galvanizing,there is a lot of pickling waste liquor discharged every year.A new zero-emission process is developed by Huanke water processing company of Guangxi for treatment of the waste liquor with large-scale centralized recycling.This process overcomes the defects of the original processes,so that most of the components in the waste liquor can be completely recovered at lower treatment cost and the treatment process is completely free of the three wastes.The treated water can meet the standard of industrial water.Thus the process meets the requirements of cleaner production.This process is a technique of clean production worth popularizing for resources recovery of industrial waste liquor.
