摘要
独立以来肯尼亚职业教育政策发展经历了三个阶段,即20世纪60—70年代国家教育体制的重建和职业教育的初步发展;80—90年代的学制变革及教育发展政策的调整,职业教育开始受到重视;21世纪以来在外部世界影响和国内经济发展驱动下,职业教育发展出现更多积极变化。职业教育政策的演变对肯尼亚经济社会的发展有一定影响。肯尼亚应在不断总结和反思的基础上,宏观考量国际和国内两大因素,立足现实,着眼长远,努力制定出更接地气、更富有成效的职业教育政策并加以推广、落实,以实现可持续发展。
Kenya’s vocational education policy has gone through three stages since its independence,that is,the reconstruction of the national school system and the preliminary development of vocational education in the 1960 s and 1970 s;in the 1980 s and 1990 s,due to the changes in the academic system and the adjustment of education development policies,vocational education began to be taken seriously.Since the 21st century,under the influence of the external world and driven by domestic economic development,more positive changes have occurred in the development of vocational education.The evolution of vocational education policy has a certain impact on the economic and social development of Kenya.On the basis of constant summary and reflection,macro consideration of international and domestic factors should be taken into account by Kenya and based on reality,with a long-term perspective,Kenya should work hard to formulate and promote more effective vocational education policies to achieve sustainable development.
